I was talking to this guy, Marcelino, and ask him why he was so happy.
"Oh, it´s because elections are coming soon" he said.
"So, you are a patriotic man" I asked.
He just laugh and replied:
"No, I don´t care who wins. I care about what they give me to vote for them"
And I realized that voting is not just a civil right. It´s an invitation to take whatever you can from government. because after that you´ll hardly have an oportunity.
And that´s so sad.
